Rosanna has more than 20 years’ experience in Practice Management and HR Management roles in law firms and accounting practices.
She has worked in large and small professional services firms in both Sydney and Newcastle.
Having managed firms from 20 – 200 employees, Rosanna is highly recognised as a ‘problem solver’ and a ‘people person’. Having worked in many ‘start-up’ roles in management she understands the particular needs a smaller business will have and where having to “think on your feet” is the status quo! She enjoys bringing out the best in people, resolving business issues, investigating market trends and advising on the best solutions suited to your business and its objectives. Rosanna works closely with her clients to understand their needs and achieve greater effectiveness, increased financial performance and an improved quality of work life for both business owners and their staff.
Rosanna is a Newcastle local, a graduate from Newcastle University with post graduate studies in HR and enjoys the people and lifestyle that Newcastle offers.
